This document contains the full terms and conditions governing the use of the 4dresult platform by users in Malaysia. Please read this document carefully in its entirety before registering or using any of our services. By accessing or using the 4dresult platform, you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all terms stated herein.
Effective Date: 1 January 2026. These terms are subject to change from time to time.
1. Acceptance of Terms of Use
By accessing the 4dresult website, downloading our mobile app, or using any feature of the platform — whether as a guest or a registered user — you automatically agree to comply fully with these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the 4dresult platform.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and 4dresult ("Platform", "We"). They take effect from the date you first use the platform. Continued use of the platform following any amendment to these terms will be considered your acceptance of the revised terms.
All users must be 18 years of age or older to register and use 4dresult's services. By registering, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement. 4dresult reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend accounts that do not meet this requirement.
2. Account Creation & Security
To make full use of 4dresult's services, you must register an account with accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. You are solely responsible for ensuring that all details provided during registration are truthful. 4dresult reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account found to be using false or misleading information.
Each user is only permitted to hold one active account. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended without warning. If you believe someone has accessed your account without authorisation, please contact 4dresult customer support immediately.
- Your account password is your sole responsibility — do not share it with anyone.
- 4dresult will never ask for your password via email, message, or phone call.
- Enable two-factor authentication where available for an added layer of account security.
- Log out of your account after each session, especially on shared devices.
4dresult is not liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access results from the user's own negligence in safeguarding their login credentials.
3. User Responsibilities & Platform Usage Rules
4dresult users are solely responsible for ensuring their use of the platform complies with all applicable laws and regulations in Malaysia. You agree to use this platform for lawful and personal purposes only, and not for commercial purposes or on behalf of third parties without prior written consent from 4dresult.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 4dresult platform:
- Using automated software, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the platform.
- Attempting to hack, breach, or disrupt the platform's systems and infrastructure.
- Sharing, selling, or transferring your account to another party.
- Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal activity.
- Abusing promotions, bonuses, or platform offers in a dishonest manner.
- Engaging in any form of fraud in betting or gaming.
Violation of any of these rules may result in immediate account suspension, balance freeze, and legal action where necessary. 4dresult reserves the right to investigate any activity suspected of breaching these terms and to take appropriate action.
4. Payment, Deposit & Withdrawal Information
All financial transactions on the 4dresult platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Supported deposit methods include online banking via FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, and other local digital payment methods subject to availability. The list of accepted payment methods is subject to change and will be updated in the platform's deposit section.
The terms governing deposits and withdrawals are as follows:
- Minimum and maximum deposit limits vary depending on the chosen payment method and are subject to change.
- Withdrawals can only be processed to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the same user's name.
- Withdrawal processing times depend on the chosen method — typically between one and three business days.
- 4dresult reserves the right to request identity verification (KYC) before processing withdrawals above certain amounts.
- Any withdrawal attempts suspected of fraud will be temporarily frozen pending investigation.
4dresult is not liable for payment delays caused by third parties such as banks or e-wallet providers. In the event of a transaction dispute, users must contact 4dresult customer support within 30 days of the transaction date.
5. Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links
Limitation of Liability
The 4dresult platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that the platform will always be free from technical disruptions, errors, or downtime. 4dresult is not liable for any financial loss, data loss, or damages resulting from technical issues, cyberattacks, or circumstances beyond our control.
4dresult's maximum total liability against any user claim is limited to the amount deposited by the user in the 30 days prior to the incident giving rise to the claim, subject to case assessment. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.
Intellectual Property
All content on the 4dresult platform — including logos, interface design, text, graphics, and software — is the exclusive property of 4dresult and is protected under Malaysian intellectual property law. Users may not copy, distribute, republish, or modify any platform content without prior written authorisation.
Third-Party Links
The 4dresult platform may contain links or references to third-party services for users' convenience. 4dresult has no control over the content, privacy policies, or practices of those third-party websites and is not responsible for any loss or damage arising from the use of such services. Users are advised to review the terms and privacy policies of any third-party website before using it.
6. Account Policy, Suspension & Changes to Terms
Account Suspension & Closure
4dresult reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend or close a user's account for the following reasons: breach of terms of use, fraudulent or suspicious activity, at the request of law enforcement, or at 4dresult's sole discretion where deemed necessary to protect the safety of the platform and other users.
Users who wish to voluntarily close their accounts can do so by contacting 4dresult customer support. Any valid balance in the account will be processed for withdrawal after all necessary verifications are complete, subject to no restrictions or ongoing investigations on the account.
Changes to Terms
4dresult reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on the website. It is the user's responsibility to review this page periodically to stay informed of the latest applicable terms.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted according to Malaysian law. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms shall first be settled through amicable negotiations. If a resolution cannot be reached, both parties agree to submit the dispute to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Malaysia.
